Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These terms govern use of the Mentum personal dashboard. By using the application, you agree to use it responsibly and only with an account you are authorized to access.
Personal workspace
Mentum is personal software for organizing tasks, habits, notes, health information, finances, and goals. You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining the security of the Google account used to sign in.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the application, bypass authentication or security controls, access another person’s data, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or Google and Firebase terms.
Your data
You retain responsibility for your workspace data. Do not rely on Mentum as the sole record for information that matters to you. Account deletion removes the associated cloud dashboard data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Not professional advice
Mentum provides organizational tools and calculations only. It does not provide financial, medical, legal, tax, mental-health, or other professional advice. Verify important decisions with an appropriately qualified professional.
Availability and changes
The application is provided on an as-available basis and may change, pause, or stop without notice. Features, data formats, and third-party services may evolve. Keep your own records and do not rely on Mentum as the sole record for critical information.
Intellectual property
Mentum is personal software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party services, names, and trademarks, including Google and Firebase, belong to their respective owners.
Deployment responsibility
For a public deployment, the operator should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal advice, publish contact details, and customize these terms with the applicable governing law and dispute process.
